Returns Policy

Return policy

We may accept returns for exchange or against future purchases if we are notified within 10 calendar days of delivery. We will not and cannot accept returns on used shower heads, shower filters or any product that uses a filter. In other words if water passes through it we cannot take it back. If it is defective we will exchange it. We cannot accept returns on special order items.

Credit will not be given for any merchandise that is left at the front door by USPS.  A "signature required" must be requested at the time of purchase.


Installation

We cannot be responsible for the installation or improper installation

of any of the products. All of our products require some type of installation. Many of them require a plumber or someone with knowledge of plumbing installation. Screwing a showerhead on a pipe is much different from installing a whole house filter system. We offer manufacturer instructions and you can go on the internet and find most instruction manuals. If it is an item we sell, but don't manufacture. We will put you in touch with the manufacturer.

 

In order to expedite your return please complete the following steps:

  • Obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RA#) by calling 1-623-266-7409. We cannot accept returns without an RA#.

  • Return all products in the original packaging. You must include with the return all manuals, accessories and parts to obtain credit. Following receipt of the merchandise a replacement will be shipped or we will credit your account to use for future purchases. We will not issue credit to a credit card. Collect shipments are not accepted.

  • Ship to the address instructed. Shipping to any other address will delay or prevent the processing of your return. An additional handling charge will be incurred if you ship to any other address than instructed.

    The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return. Item must be returned in new, resalable condition. A restocking fee of 25% to 50% will apply to all returns. After 30 days we are unable to accept any return. A signed agreement must be returned to us.  Please see below.

 We are extremely sorry you have changed your mind regarding the product you have purchased. Due to the cost of doing business returns we cannot issue a return because you changed your mind. Our normal policy is no returns on water filters unless it is in a sealed package.

Please see our return policy. If it is scratched, damaged, used in any way a credit will not be issued.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges as posted on both our web site and receipt.

Restocking charges will be added after the merchandise is inspected. Appropriate credit will then be issued. No handling charges will occur as long as both items are resalable.
