Whole House Water Filtration
If you care about the overall water quality in your life (and your house), then you should definitely consider installing a whole house water treatment filter system. These filters have 3/4", 1" or 1¼ inlets and outlets; they are usually mounted on the main pipe feeding your home, and usually they are singles, sets of two, three, or four, depending on the quality of your feed water supply.
Whole house water treatment filters remove chlorine, chloramine, bacteria, fluoride, bad tastes/odors, iron,copper,rust nickel, lead, mercury, specific organics, prevent scale build-up in appliances plus dirt/sediments; making water cleaner and clearer for your whole house. In addition, they also protect your appliances, fixtures and pipelines; in short, they protect your biggest investment your health and home! These systems are available for city or well water.
Whole house inline water filters are usually placed in the main water line entering the home and generally have capacities to filter hundreds and/or thousands of gallons of water before you have to change the filters.
What it is:
- The housing enables a combination of two (2) or three (3) Big Blue 20" water cartridges in series for filtering whole house water
- Conveniently hangs on a wall at point of entry, say, the basement or garage or by a well; easy installation and water filter replacement
- The Big Blue whole house water cartridges are extra large (4-1/2" diameter x 20" tall each) and last a long time between filter changes.
- Warranty: 5 years on the housing: unit is fully tested before each delivery
- We use only the best grade whole house water filters including KDF, coconut shell GAC, fluoride, iron removal and additional medias to fit your requirements.
